1. Definitions

“We/Us” means Sacredvibe Sounds.
“Client” means the person or entity booking or purchasing our services.
“Deliverables” means the final audio or session materials we provide.
“Track” means any musical composition or recording we create.

2. Services

We offer custom music services for:

Businesses — Sacred Soundscapes for Brands, Retreats & Wellness Spaces
Individuals — Personalised Soundscapes for Healing, Celebration, or Transformation

3. Fees & Payment

Music Projects
- Projects ≤ 3 hours: 100 % upfront.
- Projects > 3 hours: 50 % deposit on booking, 50 % on delivery.
Payment confirms booking and project commencement. Payments are accepted via PayPal, PayID or Secure bank transfer (details provided upon confirmation).

4. Delivery & Revisions

Digital Deliverables are sent via email (ZIP) or secure download link.
For custom made music for Individuals, a short 1–2 minute preview will be provided for feedback before the final track is delivered.
Revisions
- Up to two rounds of minor revisions are included.
- Additional edits are billed at a flat rate of AUD $50/hour.

5. Music Licensing

This section applies to both individuals and businesses, depending on the service requested.

For individuals, music is licensed for personal or non-commercial private use (e.g., meditation, personal listening, or private sharing).
For businesses, music is licensed for brand-aligned public or commercial use (e.g., wellness spaces, promotional videos, events, or content platforms).

5.1 Non-Exclusive License (Default)

Unless Client requests otherwise, all custom Tracks are licensed under a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license, granting Client the right to:

Reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform the Track;
Synchronise the Track with video or digital content;
Use in any media or format.

We retain all other rights, including the right to license the same Track to others.

5.2 Exclusive License (Optional Upgrade)

Client (individual or business) may request an exclusive license (no other party may use the Track) for an additional fee of + 50% of the total project fee. Terms (territory, duration) remain the same unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refund & Cancellation

100 % Satisfaction Guarantee
- Digital services: full refund if requested within 3 days of delivery.
Exclusions
- No refunds after approval/final delivery unless dissatisfaction was communicated during preview phase.

7. Credits & Moral Rights

Client agrees to credit “Sacredvibe Sounds” when publishing or publicly using the track, unless waived in writing.
We uphold the integrity of each creation and moral rights at all times.

8. Confidentiality

All material and communication is treated as strictly confidential unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are not medical or psychological treatments. Clients should seek professional help where appropriate.
We warrant that all deliverables are original and do not infringe third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the Client.

10. Privacy

We use Client data solely for service delivery and updates. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Victoria’s courts.

All services come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
